Please add the following line to a file /etc/apt/sources.list.d/local-multimedia.list like this:

			deb http://debian.mxchange.org/marillat testing main non-free

You can add any apt-proxy compatible string like 127.0.0.1:9977 to it. This is only an example for testing, there are way more distributions available:
